How do I install KAI Academy?
Open the KAI Academy App Store listing on your iPhone and follow Apple’s installation steps. The listing shows current availability and any purchase options.
Which devices does it support?
The current listing requires iOS 17.0 or later and describes the app as designed for iPhone. Check the App Store on your device for compatibility before downloading.
How do I restore Premium?
Use the app’s Restore Purchases control while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase. The restore flow checks for the Premium entitlement. If it fails, a parent or guardian can contact support with the error wording, without sending payment details.
Can Crystal packs be restored in the same way?
Crystal packs are consumable purchases. Restore Purchases checks Premium access; it does not provide a cloud backup of a Crystal balance or local game progress. Please contact support before reinstalling if a purchase or balance appears incorrect.
Are purchases required to learn?
Core lessons, care and meaningful progression are available without a purchase. Premium and Crystal packs are optional. Apple shows the applicable price and confirmation before a purchase.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress is saved on your device. There is no KAI Academy account or cloud profile to sign into. Removing the app and its data can remove local progress; restoring Premium is different from restoring progress. Check your device backup settings before making changes.
How can a parent or guardian manage purchases?
Review Apple’s Screen Time purchase restrictions and Ask to Buy settings where applicable. The app includes parent or guardian confirmation before real-money actions. Apple’s purchase safeguards depend on the device and family setup.
How do I report a technical problem?
A parent or guardian can email denny@trykai.co.uk with the device model, iOS version, app version, steps leading to the problem and exact error wording. Remove names, photos and other personal details from any screenshot. Never send passwords or card details.
Does KAI provide advice or emergency help?
KAI is a digital learning guide. It does not provide medical, legal, emergency or dangerous advice. For a real-world concern, speak with a trusted adult or the appropriate service.
